Ant, [newyana2] > That setting is right in the normal settings window > under Fonts -> Advanced. Also, you can disallow websites to pick their own fonts there. Alas, that won't stop websites from using CSS to make the font appear as large or small as they want. :-| A few things that might help : 1) Reader mode. if available/shown in the right of the URL bar. 2) (Temporarily) Disabling CSS (as avilable under "view" -> "page style" -> "no style"). It might have some side effects though ... 3) Using CTRL + and CTRL - to enlarge/shrink the page contents (use CTRL 0 to reset). This one will be remembered for the page you used it on.
