I'd like to set the minimum font size to be 12. Some texts are so dang 
tiny for my old compound eyes in my 1080 HD monitors! It's annoying to 
have to zoom in to read them. I just want to tell Firefox to always not 
go lower than size 12 in my computers' updated Firefoxes.
