1) those softwares are typially s***.  And he wanted a gallery
package

2) he does not have access to it.  The camera is old.  XP software
does not run so well in W11 anyway.

3) there is no reason why the gallery programs should not work 
seamlessly.  Remember Picasa?  It was seamless.
