Die defekte Platte war mit einer schwingungsdämpfenden Vorrichtung
aus Aluminium und Gummi im CD-Schacht eingebaut.

Das Gehäuse von Chenbro ist schraubenlos konzipiert, so daß die
Platte zwischen zwei federnden Schienen steckte, wo Plastik-Pins
mit Spiel in den Schraubenlöchern mit Gewinde stecken.
Gehäusewände oben und rechts sind mit dem Chassis fest vernietet!

Ich habe nun die neue Platte mit zwei U-Stahl und zwei Schrauben
(einseitig links) im CD-Schacht befestigt.
Die rechte Seite mit einem Streifen Wellpappe festgeklemmt.

Ich weiß seit längerer Zeit, daß Festplatten für eine stahlharte
Befestigung ohne jede Schwingungsdämpfung konstruiert sind!
Weil die nun defekte Platte mit Dämpfung und locker befestigt war,
kann es sein, daß deren Lagerung deshalb vorzeitig verschlissen ist.
Sie machte nämlich bei Last immer bullernde, hohle Geräusche.
