Es wird nicht nur langsamer, sondern die Eigenbewegungen der Platte
durch die Beschleunigungen des Kopfträgers können zu vorzeitigem
Verschleiß führen.
Die Regelung wird mit falschen Zeitkonstanten beaufschlagt!
Die Platte weicht schließlich aus.

Alle Festplatten-Käfige, die ich hatte und habe, lassen einen Einbau
mit irgendwelchen Zwischenlagen nicht zu.
Die Festplatten müssen direkt auf das Stahlblech des jeweiligen Käfigs
geschraubt werden.
Das Maß des Käfigs ist vielleicht um 0,1 mm breiter als eine Festplatte.

Genau dazu gab es mal Fragen in einer NG(?).
Man beklagte Schwingungen des Käfigs.
Jemand warnte, daß die Festplatten intern für stahlharte Befestigung
konstruiert seien.

Meiner Schwester habe ich mal ein Gehäuse besorgt: 'Lian Li'.
Das hat Schächte, in deren Schlitze muß man Kabeldurchführungsnippel
aus Gummi gleiten lassen, die normalerweise in dünne Gehäusewände
gewürgt werden.
Vier Nippel werden mit runden Metallteilen an jede Festplatte geschraubt.
Das wirkt noch recht steif.

Die schraubenlose Befestigung mit Schienen, wie ich sie schilderte, ist
auf jeden Fall zu labberig.
Die Platte läßt sich damit in alle drei Richtungen verschieben, bis hin
zu ±1,5 mm längs.
