Looking for either Turbo Debugger or Turbo C 2.01 Professional

I've just realised I need the Turbo Debugger to debug some obsolete
code. I've grepped the web far and wide (even over to Japan!) but most
of the suitable links are either dead or disappeared into the great 404
in the sky. 

It'd be nice to get my mitts on either the Turbo C 2.01 *professional*
edition or the Turbo Debugger 3.2 as long as it can debug TC code! The
ordinary Turbo C 2.01 zips that I can find doesn't contain the Turbo
Debugger and it's only available in the professional editions.
