Embarcadero has a few products from the old Borland Museum (freebies) but TASM hasn't been marketed as a standalone even since the latter Borland days. Supposedly it (TASM) is included in later Turbo C/C++ and Pascal packages until Delphi. However there are TASM 5.0 zips that seem to include the debugger around here and there. Look on phatcode for one.
