Borland is long, long gone. Embarcadero has a few products from the old
Borland Museum (freebies) but TASM hasn't been marketed as a standalone even
since the latter Borland days. Supposedly it (TASM) is included in later
Turbo C/C++ and Pascal packages until Delphi.

However there are TASM 5.0 zips that seem to include the debugger around
here and there. Look on phatcode for one.
