Aber Dieter, das ist doch alles schon längst klargemacht.

und zwar damit:

Die Geschwindigkeit der U2 addiert sich zu der Geschwindigkeit der 
Plattform.

Das ergibt:

  - U2 ist in Bewegungsrichtung der Plattform unterwegs:
   einen niedrigeren Uhrengang der U2 als der der U1

  - U2 ist gegen die Bewegungsrichtung der Plattform unterwegs:
   einen höheren Uhrengang der U2 als der der U1

Grund: U2 ist einmal schneller unterwegs einmal langsamer.

Mit meinen Zahlen dargestellt:
einmal 77%  einmal 83%

Das ergibt einen Wechsel in ihrem Gang
Der Wert des Uhrengangs der U2 wird von den beiden Messstellen erfasst 
und dann ausgewertet.

Tritt eine Unsymmetrie auf ist die Plattform bewegt, tritt keine auf ist 
sie unbewegt.

So einfach ist die Sache.
