(Physikalische) Naturgesetze sind so etwas wie z.B. die Zusammenhänge
bei elektro-magnetischen Vorgängen, die formal in den Maxwell-
Gleichungen zusammengefasst sind. Diese "Gesetze" gelten (nach heutigem
Wissensstand) in allen Bezugssystemen.

Das war also ein ganz schwacher Versuch deinerseits, dich um die Sache
zu drücken. Es bleibt also dabei:

Richtig sind die Zusammenhänge immer noch so:
1. Plattformsystem ruht im "Bahnsteigsystem"

a) U2 ruht

Alle Uhren in beiden Systemen gehen gleich.
b) U2 bewegt
- - - - - - -
Im Plattformsystem bewegt sich die Uhr
* entweder mit konstanter Bahngeschwindigkeit v_U auf einer
Kreisbahn, und dann gilt für die von ihr angezeigte Zeit:
t_Uhr = sqrt( 1 - (v_U/c)^2 ) * t
t: Zeit, die von den im Plattformsystem ruhenden Uhren
angezeigt wird
* oder mit konstanter Geschwindigkeit v_L auf den "Hin- und
Her"-Abschnitten:
-------> "Hin": v_L
<------- "Her": -v_L
und dann gilt für die von ihr angezeigte Zeit
"Hin": t_Uhr = sqrt( 1 - (v_L/c)^2 ) * t
"Her": t_Uhr = sqrt( 1 - (-v_L/c)^2 ) * t
(Diese Zeiten sind gleich.)
2. Plattformsystem mit v_0 im "Bahnsteigsystem" bewegt

a) U2 ruht

Dann ist
* der Gang der Uhr U1 im Plattformsystem durch v_0 verlangsamt
* der Gang der Mess-Uhren im Plattformsystem durch v_0 verlangsamt
* der Gang der Uhr U2 im Plattformsystem durch v_0 verlangsamt.
_Alle_ Uhren im Plattformsystem (und mehr noch: alle Vorgänge)
sind mit dem Faktor 1/gamma = sqrt( 1 - (v_0/c)^2 ) verlangsamt,
gehen daher gleich und zeigen (im Vergleich zum "Bahnsteig-
system") alle die gleiche Zeit t an:
t = sqrt( 1 - (v_0/c)^2 ) * t_BS
t_BS: Zeit, die von den im "Bahnsteigsystem" ruhenden Uhren
angezeigt wird
Dieser Zustand gleichen Ganges aller Uhren unterscheidet sich
nicht von dem Zustand der im Plattformsystem registriert wird,
wenn es im "Bahnsteigsystem" ruht.
b) U2 bewegt
- - - - - -
(kreisend mit v_U oder hin und her mit v_L)
Jetzt liegt im Plattformsystem eine Relativbewegung von U2 zu
den anderen Uhren vor. Diese bewirkt eine Verlangsamung des Ganges
von U2 im Vergleich zu den anderen Uhren im Plattformsystem - die
natürlich nach wie vor so gehen, wie sie es auch bei ruhender U2
getan haben. Diese Verlangsamung wird im Plattformsystem
registriert - und so entstehen dann die oben in 1.b) angegebenen
verschiedenen Zeiten t_Uhr, die auf U2 und auf den im
Plattformsystem ruhenden Uhren abgelesen werden.
Zusammengefasst:

In den Situationen
* Plattformsystem ruht, U2 bewegt
* Plattformsystem bewegt, U2 bewegt
ist _im Plattformsystem_ kein Unterschied im Gang von U2 zu
registrieren.
Ohne Informationen von außen kann somit nicht beurteilt werden, ob das
Plattformsystem (im BS) ruht oder geradlinig gleichförmig bewegt ist.
