Am 15.08.20 habe ich Dir doch nochmal alles aufgeschrieben,
wie Dein Beispiel zu handhaben ist und wo Dein Anwendungsfehler liegt.
Wo liegt Dein Unverständnis?
1.) Verstehst Du die vorliegende, einfache Relativbewegung nicht?

Statt einer drehenden Scheibe nehme ich aus zeichnerischen Gründen ein umlaufendes
Rollband, mit v_o(ben), v_u(nten), mit +v nach rechts.
Das Rollband befindet sich in Deiner Kiste, die Uhren auch.
a) _Die Kiste ruht_, das Band rollt/dreht, mit Umfangsgeschwindigkeit im Uhrzeigersinn,
v_U1 ist die Geschwindigkeit Deiner Uhr U1, v_o, v_u die Geschw. der Uhren U2
v_o = +v ---> (v_o - v_U1 = +v)
v_U1=0
v_u = -v <--- (v_u - v_U1 = -v)
b) _Die Kiste (mit Rollband) bewegt sich_ mit der Geschw. w nach reechts
v_o = +v + w ---> (v_o - v_U1 = +v)
v_U1=w
v_u = -v + w <--- (v_u - v_U1 = -v)
---
Die Beträge der _RelativGeschw._ sind für die Uhren U2_ob/un also gleich |v_U2| = |v|
Aus der Gleichung zur Berechnung der Zeitdilatation
t_U2 = t_U * Wurzel(1 - (v/c)²)
ergibt sich also kein Gangunterschied für die Uhren oben/unten.
2.) Oder behauptest Du, die Uhr U2 merkt auf irgend eine geheimnisvolle Art,
dass sich die Kiste mit einer _absoluten_ Geschwindigkeit bewegt.

Dann stolperst Du aber über die Frage, welche Geschwindigkeit merkt sie denn,
die der Kiste, oder die der Erde, oder die der Sonne, oder der Milchstraße ...?
Mit diesen Systemen ist die Kiste nun mal verbunden.
Darüber werden schon die alten Griechen nachgedacht haben erst recht
Galilei, Newton und Einstein.
Herausgekommen ist Newtons Gleichung F = m*a (nicht F = IrgentdEtwas * v)
und Einsteins SRT.

Und das ist nun mal falsch, weil Gleichzeitigkeit relativ ist,
das weiß man auch als Inschenjör und ein Elektromeister sollte es
langsam auch kapiert haben.
