My current employers (for another 9 days) have a very large IBM mainframe
estate and still use JCL. We even have a source code control library
system for it. Not sure anyone uses REXX - I have very little to do
with the mainframe teams, except as they get dragged in the 20th century
(sic) by running lots of instances of Linux on VM. I've had some amusing
meetings where it appears we aren't even talking the same language.
