Some of them have no extension (like zcmp..1 and zdiff..1) and some
won't run at all, like "true.". Most puzzling is "xv". What's an X11
program doing there? I've never been able to make it display on any
open Xserver, either new or really old. It will try if you ask it, but
ultimately fails.
