Ah. I forgot that we permitted MRC to include these things in the Panda
distribution. Given the file write date, Mark will have gotten this from one
of the Toad-1 systems which we had running by then; the DEC-20 was probably
powered off by then. Since I managed the in-house Toads, my name appears on a
lot of files that I was not otherwise associated with.
