NetworkManager is good for mobile client use, dynamically connecting to 
Wi-Fi access points etc. But I would avoid using it for any kind of static 
setup, particularly a complicated one as you seem to have here.

If you don’t need any such dynamic interfaces on your machine, I would 
remove NetworkManager. If you do need such, you can tell it to only manage 
those, and leave the rest alone.
