Thanks!  I did find it, after first looking on Twenex and finding it 
there.  I didn't realize I needed to look for "gnuemacs.exe", but once I 
found it on Twenex, I knew what to look for on my installs.

Yes, we're on the same version, though my "@info vers" doesn't list
the program version.  (that seems odd)  From my Mac OSX install:

@info version
  KLH20-2.0h Panda Distribution, PANDA TOPS-20 Monitor 7.1(21733)-4
  PANDA TOPS-20 Command processor 7.1(4453)-4

The gnuemacs on Twenex crashed when I started it up, but the one on my 
system works fine and knows the arrow keys (if my term is vt125).  It's 
slow to start and needs a ^C to paint the initial screen, but I'm going 
to try using it routinely to see if I can get accustomed to its quirks.

Thanks for the  pointer, and it's good to know there's at least one 
other person in the world running the same version I am!
