Die ist aber gleich relativ zur Platform und damit auch zur Stecke zwischen M1 und M2.

Die Absolute Zahl der Takte bleibt gleich aber die Zahl der Takte pro Zeiteinheit im
Beobachtersystem wird durch die Relativgeschwindigkeit beeinflusst.

Genau, und die macht exakt gleich viele Takte fuer die Strecke M1->M2 und M2->M1,
sie tut das weil du ihr vorgeschrieben hast 
dass die Geschwindigkeiten gleich gross und die Strecke gleiche lang ist.
Daraus folgt dass die Uhr gleich viele Takte macht fuer beide Strecken.
Das ist uebrigends unabhaengig vom System aus dem man das betrachtet.

Ja unterschiedlich viele Takte pro Zeiteinheit in einem relativ dazu bewegten System.
Aber die Zahl der Takte der U2 fuer M1->M2 und M2->M1 muessen trotzdem gleich bleiben.
