Wird man wohl nicht können - die eigentliche Frage ist aber: Wenn man 
menschlichen Fahrern das Restrisiko eines solchen Fehlverhaltens (sicher 
auch mit Todesfolge, wenn es dumm kommt) zuzugestehen, warum nicht dann 
auch Maschinen? Sofern sie insgesamt besser sind, natürlich - ansonsten 
wäre ja nichts gewonnen.
