Das ist keine Spezialsprache, sondern normales Deutsch.

Im folgenden Bild sind Diagramme abgebildet, die eine CPU-Usage von 56% bzw. 57% zeigen.
Das ist ALLES andere als eine moderate CPU-Usage!
Ich habe in aller Regel eine CPU-Usage von 2%.
Steigt das auf 20%, dreht sofort der Lüfter schneller.
