Did you try compiling that before you posted it?

(That probably happened when you copied the code into your newsreader.)
std::reverse is declared in <algorithm>, which you didn't include.
This:

manages to be simultaneously mispelled (it's "#define"), redundant,
misleading, and useless. "true" is already a keyword in C++, and it
doesn't have the value 0xFFFFFFFF. You never even refer to your TRUE
macro. Just delete these lines.
This:

would benefit greatly from something that explains why you used
the value 58. I was able to figure it out. You define these
2-dimensional arrays and only use indices 48 through 57 -- because
the ASCII value of '0' is 48. It's not quite *wrong* (though the
C++ standard doesn't require ASCII encoding; your code will fail on
EBCDIC-based systems), but it's unnecessarily obscure. If you just
subtract the value of '0' from your indices, you can use dimensions
[10][10] and not waste all but one corner of your arrays. (C++ does
guarantee that the encodings for '0' through '9' are contiguous,
i.e., '0' + 1 == '1' etc.) I'm not suggesting that wasting 97%
of the storage in these arrays is itself going to be a problem,
but it's ugly. Portable code is often cleaner than non-portable
code, even if you don't need the portability.
If I were going to use that poorly chosen data structure, I might write:

char ADD_Carry[elements][elements];

but as discussed above I wouldn't.
This comment:

Compiling with warnings enabled produces a lot of warnings.
I haven't taken the time to determine which ones can be safely
ignored.
