Sure! A few different reasons:

1. I don't want Google tracking everything I do in a browser. There are
some user interface features in Chrome that let you turn some tracking
features off; but I don't trust Google not to continue tracking you even
with all of them disabled. After all, Google was caught not long ago
bypassing Safari privacy features by installing tracking cookies on
Safari users' computers:

(For that reason I also never use Google to search; instead I use the
most excellent and privacy-preserving DuckDuckGo.com as my search
engine.)

2. It's got Flash baked in, which opens it up to many security holes. To
make matters worse, you have little control over how that Flash code is
updated over time, other than updating Chrome itself.

3. Google Chrome's Mac update facility has a history of hoarding update
installers indefinitely and filling up people's hard drives over time:

4. There's just no compelling reason for me to use a browser other than
Safari for the vast majority of my browsing needs. The only time I
nother with another browser (which is usually Firefox) is when some
dumb-ass bank website malfunctions (usually due to being badly coded).
On those very rare occasions where a site doesn't work correctly with
Safari, Firefox does the trick just fine, sans tracking and privacy
concerns.
