Yes, exactly. Since I run my own mail server with macOS Server, I keep all of my messages on the server. I've got 15 or so top-level mailboxes defined on the server, with several of those containing subordinate mailboxes. Once I've read a message, I file it away into one of those mailboxes. Since they are all on the server, I can get to messages on any client, whether it be one of my Macs in the home office, a laptop while I'm away, or my phone or tablet. -- E-mail sent to this address may be devoured by my ravenous SPAM filter. I often ignore posts from Google. Use a real news client instead. JR
