Have you tried turning iTunes Match off and back on, and trying again?

You may want to check the length of the affected songs. I've read
reports of people editing the length of tracks to exactly match those on
the iTunes store to get them to match. You can use GarageBand to trim or
extend tracks. Others have gotten some to match by converting the files
to another format:
