And remember if you butcher your own chicken to clean off the cutting board or whatever. I use waxed paper on my cutting board to avoid that problem. I am talking about a bird from the store that is already dead and throughly plucked and cleaned. But chicken is somewhat dangerous on account of possible contamination. bliss
