  Wow! A locked account! *That* never happens to anybody, does it!?

  Doug, shame on you! And shame on all those websites which *do* have
provisions for recovering from such a situation! What *are* these people
thinking!? This a *plainly* user stupidity and they *help* them with
that!? What *is* the world coming to!?
