Vendors employ these extensions in their systems too.  Typing
WH +ORDER  in Swiftforth brings up many hits.  So it's not just
customers who consider these post-ANS extensions necessary.

I've concluded it's not worth supporting ANS on a 16-bit 64k host
for much the same reason.  So after years of implementing ANS,
I'm now looking to trim the fat.
