So what? The words in your code are either from the wordlists you
have put in the search order, or from the background; do you need to
know exactly what the background is? No, just like you don't need to
know exactly which words are in FORTH-WORDLIST; you only care about
the words that you use. And it's the responsibility of whoever
includes your code to set up the search order such that it provides
the background your code expects. In my experience this is no
problem.
Concerning numbers, there are conventions on how they are look, and
word names are normally designed to avoid looking like numbers. And
if someone does not comply with these conventions, a restricted search
system won't help. They might put the non-conventional words in any
of the wordlists that you put in CURRENT or CONTEXT.
