You'll probably get a better answer in 
comp.os.ms-windows.programmer.win32, comp.windows.misc, or the remaining 
microsoft.public.win32.programmer.ui.

A good chunk of the group's subscribers seem to refuse to help anyone 
once they even think that .net is involved, regardless of the actual 
question.
