So does everyone else. Its only the commercial shit that
pumps in CO2 instead of doing a secondary fermentation.

Don't have anything like that here even tho a couple
of the local winerys have branched out into beer.

I prefer a proper database so when I get an unusual result
I can see what the difference was with brewing temps and
how long it was before I bottled it etc. No one else does tho.

Well over 200 batches now.
