You are obviously trolling, or too dense to understand
basic economics,

Go read the above you posted again, you argue both
sides; both for and against my assertions.

Question: what early stone age manufacturing plants do you
know of?

But the cost of using JUST labour goes sky high even with these.
A prostitute without access to medical facilities and modern
contraceptives/barrier products will have a hugely increased
cost in terms of pregnancies and diseases.

An author without access to writing materials will have to
commit everything to memory, which has a huge addes cost.

Even capital outlays measured in cents, not dollars, will
reduce the expected costs for both by orders of magnitude.

>>>> Capital makes Labor _more_ productive,

Indeed. And the case in the labour-only corner of the graph
is stunning.

I also commented that labour only has capital and land/natural
resources thresholds for the vast bulk of production. I.e.
you need a very clear minimum of capital and natural resources
(i.e. ore, energy, reduction agent) to produce steel.

I already admit that these are near the corner of labour-only, but
they CAN be improved with capital, and the price of that capital
should balance with the price of the saved labour.

I.e. a TV and/or some toys are bound to make child minding
a lot more productive. And software tools like better complilers,
faster/bigger machines etc make software development more productive.
(I did NOT say faster).

Come to a country with a lot higher minimum wage and a real
shortage of unskilled labour, and you will see what automation
of the dregs labour-intensive jobs ca do.

No, it helps a lot to understand what is going on, like

It is part of the reason. Capital has flown to China,
and they have been very good at developing and keeping
their working capital.

Tell me your story, then. Capital does not smell, moves
around the planet (acually, around 6T$ are "in orbit" around
the planet, invested in the markets that are open at any one time,
and thus following the sun around the planet.

No, that was about climbing down the hyperbola.

But once recessions hit in developed economies you
must put great emphasis on where to allocate the
Keynsian extra money. To industries where you are in
the open, flat part of the curve;and not near a corner.

Yes, software is so labour-intensive that you are a little bit
up the hyperbola on labour.

A chinese capable software engineer earns the same as a nordic
one of the same capability. (I am talking about the ones able
to write daemons on *n*x/windows here). I know, I just did
a solicitation for such work.

Tax income, whatever the source. Don't make it complicated.

And close the loopholes.
