  Please follow my 'Windows to Android:' instructions. They do *not*
talk about going to 'Network and Internet settings' and it does not
matter that your phone shows as 'Not Connected', because it *will* be
connected in the "your phone should show, select it" step.

  Moral: Don't mix up instructions.

  Again, in my example, I'm *not* talking about a 'Share' or 'Nearby
sharing' method, but about "Send to -> Bluetooth device", totally
different animals.
