Wenn sie es nicht schon wären, dann würden die USA spätestens jetzt zum "Gangsta's paradise" werden. Denn wo immer Zölle erhoben werdne, wird der Schmuggel attraktiv. Man denke nur an Al Capone, der erst durch die Prohibition und den Alkoholschmuggl groß wurde. Oder an den Zigaretenschmuggel bei uns.
