You're getting closer to truth.
Even a bs email address isn't(wasn't) harvested.
Removing a refurbisher account(always a Local Admin or Local Standard) by 
design a no-email address logon is/was never harvested,
- same result as creation of any local account - no email address needed, 
used, harvested for a local account.

Tinfoil - Aluminum Foil...doesn't matter, your 'hat' no matter how ma y 
wrinkles it contains doesn't alleviate the delusion that an email address 
is(was) harvested with a creating a local account or removing a 
refurbisher account.
