I add a copy of gpedit, don't use bitlocker, and don't know of anything else I'm missing. But I'm wondering about all this fretting. I've updated to Win11 three times and just left the ethernet unplugged. I choose the option to not allow updates while installing and just do it offline. Is that no longer available?
