Re-read the Lenovo instructions.

You did not need to download the cab file.
  - the only reason necessary to do so, is not having activated Office
with a MSFT account before wiping the device.
  - i.e. you created more work by wiping it, removing the pre-installed
Office tied to the device hardware and, thus, needed the cab file

=> Again, if you did not wipe the device, all that was necessary was to
open any Office program and assign and activate the installed software
with the customer's MSA. The Microsoft server will identify the device as
associated with the purchased Office product then digitally and
additionally link the MSA(two digital links - the associated hardware and
the MSA). Thereafter, the MSA will have both stub and full installers, if
needed in the future(after wiping or any clean install on the same device)

i.e. you did not need the cab file, or spend all that time with Lenovo.
  - your entire effort could have been shortened to less than one half
hour, if done properly per Lenovo's instructions.
