I finally figure out what you were getting at.  If I
had done the full install before wiping and installing
Tiny 11, the M$O license would probably have migrated
into the customer's M$ account.  In hind sight, it
would have taken less time.  I also had no warning
from Lenovo that they had done such.   It would
have worked with their old method without problem

I would not have learned Lenovo's new method,
which takes less time.  And the customer is gracious
about me learning Lenovo's new method.  Plus she is
not being billed for that part.

I probably put in between three and four hours of
unbilled research for every hour I charge.  It
is a living and I do enjoy it most of the time.

The learning never stops.
