She eMailed me everything she got sent to her from Lenovo. That was not one of them. I will try remoting into her on Monday and testing. I was on the chat line for over an hour and they never mentioned a thing about the link. Next time, where do I go for the link? My customer are downright tickled with Tiny 11 (a release of Windows 11 with most of the garbage removed). There was nothing on the disk when I reinstalled. And it does shows as activated. Since you seem to know the customer involved, there is another issue for you to fix: the monitor she ordered came directly from the accessories page when she was order in the computer. I told her that was good because Lenovo would not sell her a monitor that was not compatible with her new computer from the computer order accessories page. I was wrong. I sold her a D-port to HDMI adapter and she is happy. I recommend your business grade computers a lot and assist customer with purchasing them.
