Well, thanks for the brief history lesson, Michael, but I knew all
that, having once worked in the heart of Silly Vlly. What I wanted
was some insight to whether or not their products (from the computer
side) are worth a damn, anymore. The picture I get from Amazon reviews
is one of a company now selling total junk and providing little, if
any, real support. Apparently, that's the case. I called WW and told
'em to cancel the hold.

I consider support to be a prime factor in the purchase of any product
and lack of same will torpedo a purchase in a heartbeat. I figure if
the company is willing to stand behind their product, it's bound to be
a good product. If not, it's probably junk. This isn't always the
case, but it's pretty good measuring stick.

Thanks to all who replied.
