I think they're what would be called script-kiddies if they had more 
talent.  Ease of use is of only marginal consideration.  Look at those 
photos in the goddam captchas -- super-blurry, dark and the elements 
we're asked to recognize are frequently small.  And the really annoying 
sites require you to do three more sets every time you move to a 
different page.  But don't get me started...

I assume that most complaints will be ignored and am pleasantly 
surprised with useful responses.
