No, nymshifter, dark matter is simply unexplained mass that is not 
detectable other than by its gravity. Nothing to do with GR other than
gravity itself is GR.

No. I believe Einstein's cosmological constant behind the expansion of
the universe is part of GR.

Wrong. SR is simply a subset of GR, a simplification that can be used when
gravity is 0 or too small to be relevant.  Whenever you can use SR you can
use full-blown GR if you like to do lots of extra math that will result in
lots of cancellations or zeroes.
