Much worse than that. The galaxy rotation gravity anomaly is pure GR, 
hence the name given "dark-matter". Meanwhile the universe expansion is 
due to the light speed, the doppler shift, given the name "dark-energy", 
which is pure SR. Distinct and separated from each other, both OUTSIDE 
relativities DOMAIN of applicability.

One more proof that SR and GR are totally distinct theories. The Roy 
Masters putting them together misunderstood completely what is going on.
