In the last six years, my boot disk has always had less than 50 GB, so I don't want to pay Apple an extra $200 for 256 GB instead of 128. If my needs changed, I could boot off a bigger external disk, or I could store some folders externally, as I did in Classic. The space hogs would be things like books, music, and movies... not at all private. (Hmmm... maybe one of these days I should try using iTunes again.)
