  Then why do you want Android, i.e. what kind of Android apps do you
want to run?

  And why do you want Linux?

  I.e. tell us a bit more about what you want to do with the tablet and
perhaps we can give some other suggestions.

  BTW, for Netflix, you could use small/cheap(ish) Windows tablet.

  BTW2, you do not need a Google account to run Android or Android apps
and *if* you use a Google account it can be as fake/private as you want,
so there's little/nothing for Google to spy.
