Thank you for your corrections Mr.Roberts.
  So what i should have said was:

In Classical Physics, nothing, absolutely NOTHING,
travels with the same speed RELATIVE TO ALL OBSERVERS.

and

In Maxwell's Theory (as written by Maxwell) light travels
with a speed appropriate to, and RELATIVE TO, the "medium".
