What part of the second postulate, light moves in a vacuum at the speed c
relative to all observers, don't you understand?  And Einstein explicitly
states 'in a vacuum', not in a medium.

No, he said 'in a vacuum', meaning there was NO medium.

Then Maxwell would slap his forehead and say 'Crap! I forgot all about 
Fizeau's work! Fizeau showed that light does NOT move at a speed relative
to the medium!!
