All you need now is to understand that in Classical Physics,
nothing, absolutely NOTHING, travels RELATIVE TO THE OBSERVER.
In Classical Electrodynamics (i.e.Maxwell's Theory) light
travels RELATIVE TO THE MEDIUM eh!
