Mit anderen Worten unsere Demokratie funktioniert einwandfrei. In einer aufgeheizten Stimmung wurde ein Blödsinn ganz knapp angenommen. Das Parlament hatte das richtige Gespür, dass es wohl eine kleine Korrektur braucht, das Volk aber keine radikale Lösung will. Die Initianten waren unzufrieden, es gabe eine zweite Abstimmung, die dann aber den Weg des Parlaments durch das Volk sehr deutlich bestätigte.
