Spannend, was das Autohaus Stock in Dachau zum Vorwurf sagt, eine von ihnen in meinem A3 8L1 für teuer Geld eingebaute Zylinderkopfdichtung müsse schon irgendwie länger als 30Mm und 2+Epsilon Jahre halten, aber ich kann es mir fast denken. Auch weiß ich, was der Internet-Autoteileversender Lott antwortet, wenn man ihn damit konfrontiert, daß originale ATE-Bremsscheiben für ebendieses Fahrzeug nach kaum 15Mm schon wieder zu rubbeln anfangen, obwohl ich die Anlageflächen der Radnabe vor dem Einbau _akribisch_ gereinigt und auf Seitenschlag überprüft habe (<2/100mm am Außenradius) und keine Gewaltbremsungen aus Vmax am Nürburgring veranstalte. Nämlich das (Originalzitat): "[...] gerne können Sie bei uns vorab neue Scheiben und Beläge kaufen. Zum Gewährleistungsantrag : Wir benötigen dort von Ihnen dort die Fahrzeugdaten Sowie die Daten über den Ein und Ausbau mit Kilometerstand. Einen Einbau durch eine Fachwerkstatt werden wir nicht übernehmen. Wir schlagen daher folgenden Ablauf vor : 1. Neu Kauf der Bremsscheiben und Beläge für ihr Fahrzeug. 2. [...]" NB: Den Einbau durch eine Fachwerkstatt hatte ich vorgeschlagen um dem Vorwurf einer pfuschigen Heimwerkerbastelei zu entgehen. Auch könnte man nun diskutieren, warum OEM-Bremssättel für die Hinterachse so gefertigt sein müssen, daß man nach deren Montage wegen Bauraumproblemen nicht mehr vernünftig an die Halteschrauben kommt, weil der Abgang vom Hydraulikfitting im Weg ist. Das vermiest deutlich den Spaß z. B. beim Belag- oder ABS-Sensorwechsel. Und warum man die Haltegabel für die Handbremsleitung so lasch dimensioniert (6mm Öffnung), daß sich der Nippel des Bowdenzugs (Zugdurchmesser 4mm) da schon fast durchschaffen kann. Vielleicht, weil es in erster Linie billig sein muß. Hat natürlich nichts mit dem Wahlomat oder de.sci.electronics zu tun. Höchstens damit, was Kunden heutzutage offenbar als Qualitätsstandard zu akzeptieren bereit sind. You get what you pay for. Lesson learned.
