IF the existing system is adequate, then use it by all means....
but I can envisage many applications where it would not be adequate and
besides, the whole GPS can be jammed any time the Yanks want to do that.
I don't think the North Koreans would be relying on GPS to direct their 
missiles at California.

Oh! So Bodkin too would be very upset if Einstein could not be 
associated with a local PS. The antenna towers would be stationary.
