Ralph, that's the encrypted precision P(Y) military code that's been part
of the GPS since the beginning.  Nothing new there, and certainly nothing
foolish like numbering the carrier wave or whatever foolishness you
dreamed up in your desperate attempt to salvage DirtyBaThWater, Ralph!

The encrypted P(Y) code is transmitted in quadrature on the L1 and L2 
carriers.
