In porting fp's between Forth's one should use hex.
In that case the representation is exact, just stop as soon as
the representation is equal to the number, i.e. only zero's remaining.
I've finally come around adding floating point last year to ciforth.
Of course we should loose the E for representing the exponent in hex.

This is not an approximation, it is exactly the rational that the
Forth uses to represent pi. We could leave out a couple of trailing zeroes
without changing the number.
